About the Project

Six master's students at the University of Michigan spent over 1 year researching the food system in Washtenaw County and working with local stakeholders to understand how to move towards a more sustainable food system through local food system development. This project was completed in the summer of 2004, and helped build the case for the Food System Economic Partnership.
