Garry D. Bulluck is an Extension Educator at Michigan State University Extension in the Detroit, Wayne County Michigan Office. His focus area is Community and Economic Development, with an emphasis on building leadership and organizational capacity in non-profit and community development corporations, as well as implementation and creation of community supported projects geared toward providing job training, recreational improvements, and creation of housing plans and projects. He also co-chairs the Extension Resource Team charged with implementing research and developing tools to support Extension programming in distressed urban communities. Prior to joining MSU Extension, Garry worked twelve years as an urban planner for various agencies in Michigan, Oklahoma and New Jersey.
